A damaged electric or hybrid vehicle poses significant risks to attending examiners, including high-voltage exposure, thermal runaway, residual charge in the traction battery, and compromised battery management systems. Harper Shaw will not attend a damaged EV without prior confirmation of the H&S status of the traction battery and any isolation measures already in place.
ℹ
The following questions only need completing if you require Harper Shaw to attend the vehicle in person
If you are submitting an ECU or component for examination, or seeking a remote strategy or telephone advice only, you do not need to complete Q9 to Q12. Select N/A where offered or leave blank.
Q9
Where is the vehicle currently stored?

Key availability determines which examination methods can be used
